    One substantial destination means fewer wet transfers. Keep Yongsan Family Park optional and save the separate restaurant address if you plan to eat after the galleries.

    Parts of the painting, sculpture and craft galleries are scheduled for renovation through 28 January 2027. Check the museum's closure notice when choosing what to see.

    Open the current visitor and notice pages before leaving. Save the museum entrance, not only Yongsan Station, and choose two collection themes so a closed room does not undo the day.

    Seoul Museum of Craft Art, Seoul Museum of History and MMCA Seoul answer different questions. Pick craft processes, the city's development or contemporary exhibitions before checking admission and closures.     A question-led choice is more useful than collecting museum names. SeMoCA's visitor page also separates general entry from reservation details for children's spaces, so a family plan needs one more check.

    These museums do not form one covered complex. Opening days, ticket rules and exhibition access differ, and an umbrella is still needed between transport and the door.

    Choose one primary museum and one optional backup. Check its own English page, save the Korean name, and compare the actual entrances rather than relying on a broad Jongno pin.

    This changes the visual rhythm after a museum-heavy day. It also works well if you are staying in Magok or using the airport side of Seoul, where crossing the city solely for one indoor stop may not be worth it.

    The station-to-entrance leg and any outdoor garden section remain exposed. Plant displays, maintenance and ticket conditions can change, and a photograph of one flower does not tell you what will be in bloom.

    Search 서울식물원 온실 or Botanic Center, not only 서울식물원. Check the current visitor notice and plan an indoor meal nearby instead of assuming the outdoor route will be comfortable.

    You can shorten or extend the bookshop browse around one meal. Choose the restaurant first if lunch has a fixed time or early closing hour.

    The bookshop and restaurants are not connected by a covered route. Queues, branch hours and weather between stops remain real. A department-store or underground passage should not be assumed unless your exact route confirms it.

    Pick the lunch first, then route to the exact Kyobo Gwanghwamun entrance or another verified nearby indoor stop. Keep a café as a backup, not a fourth fixed reservation.

Before you go

Check the venue's own notice page on the morning of your visit. Temporary gallery closures, reserved children's spaces and last admission can change a plan even when the building is open. Bring a dry bag for a folded umbrella, and keep the route between station, entrance and next stop visible before leaving shelter.
